Connie
office administration
Connie joined our team in June 2023 and has been in the dental profession since 1990. Her enthusiasm is contagious and her presence in the front office makes everyone smile! Connie lives in Salisbury with her husband Charlie. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and spending time with her two Shih-poo babies. Connie has three sons, three wonderful daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren. They are all big fans of the Baltimore Ravens (GO RAVENS!!) and University of Alabama football (ROLL TIDE!!) “I love seeing patients after their dental work is completed, you can tell that they are smiling inside and out, they are so happy and feeling confident about their smile again. The best part is when they walk in for their next appointment smiling! It is really rewarding to help people in this way.”
Kari
OFFICE administration
Kari has been a part of our team since March 2019. She began her dental career in 1997 as a dental assistant and over the years she has transitioned to office administration. Kari has four children: Zackery, Ian, Garrett, Taylor Shaye, and one grandson, Weston. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, attending church, cooking/baking, and cruising to Bermuda. She also enjoys spending time snuggling her Yorkie pup, Sadie Rae.

JESSICA
DENTAL HYGiENIST
Jessica is a 2007 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland. She has worked with Dr. Dawson since graduation and has developed into a highly skilled, well rounded hygienist. As a long time member of the team, she enjoys the relationships she has developed with her patients. She always strives for a positive patient experience and collaborative care plans for optimal health. In her time away from the dental chair, Jessica has a full and busy life with her husband Bryan, and two young children, Bristol and Cole.
HOLLI
DENTAL HYGiENIST
Holli is a 2004 Dental Hygiene graduate and has been working with Dr. Dawson since 2005. She received the Hu-Freidy Golden Scaler Award for clinical excellence. Holli provides her patients with a gentle and thorough hygiene experience and she has a passion for periodontal disease control. She is an enthusiastic advocate for preventive dental care and is committed to helping patients. Her goal as a Registered Dental Hygienst is to make her patients comfortable with their dental experience and to help her patients achieve their optimum oral health status. When not working, Holli enjoys the beach, running, hiking, skiing and traveling. Holli lives in Salisbury, with her daughter and son.
Sherry
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Sherry graduated from Old Dominion University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Upon graduating, she received the Hu-Freidy Golden Scaler Award for clinical excellence. She is a member of the ADHA and has held multiple positions on the executive board of the ESDHA. Sherry joined our team in 2020, bringing with her over 30 years of experience; 25 of those years specializing in periodontics. She has a passion for making patients feel comfortable while restoring their oral health through experience and education to help maintain their oral health throughout their lifetime. Sherry and her husband Josh live in Salisbury. She has two children and two step-children. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, working out, traveling, and being outdoors.
Michele
Dental Hygienist
Michele earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Allegany College of Maryland in 2005. She is passionate about helping her patients understand their oral health and the relationship it has with the entire body. She provides thorough periodontal care and demonstrates the techniques for them to maintain a healthy smile. She understands that every patient has varied levels of comfort and strives to make each visit a comfortable and positive experience. When Michele is away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and watching their three children play sports.

dental Assistant
Grace has been working as a dental assistant since 2013. She continued her education and in 2016 acquired her CDA license. Grace has been working chair-side with Dr. Dawson since 2018. She takes pride in her work to ensure each patient is comfortable and leaves the office with a smile. When Grace is not working, she is spending time with her son who loves to play football and lacrosse. In her spare time, she is reading, camping, or spending time at the beach.
Cherrelle
Dental assistant
Cherrelle joined our team in April 2023 with four years of dental assisting experience. Cherrelle is a mother to a vibrant son and when she is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and reading. “Motto: There’s no such thing as mistakes, just happy accidents.”

Samantha (Sam) joined our team in early 2022, bringing with her almost 10 years of dental experience. She recently decided to pursue further education and earned her CDA license. When she is not busy making our lives easier; you can find her on the Eastern Shore of Virginia raising her husband and dogs.

Natalie started her dental assisting career in 2022 with a background in orthodontic assisting. She strives to provide excellent care for every patient through kindness and compassion. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
